The Caucus White Papers

Over the past several years, the Caucus for Producers, Writers and Directors has issued and published various White Papers, addressing certain societal problems which have particular relevance to television program content.

Although some progress has been made, particularly in the area of substance abuse, we believe we still have some distance to go to honor our inherent obligations as responsible communicators in the most pervasive and impactful media the world has ever known.

Consequently, we are reprinting herein several of those papers for all of us to peruse again and, hopefully, continue to apply creatively in our day to day work. We believe more depends on this than we could possibly imagine.
