PANEL CHAIR:
ALBERT FISHER
– Caucus Steering Committee Member. FISHER is an Emmy winning television executive with creative credits from all major networks, top syndicators, cable networks as well as station groups. He has won the Alfred I. DuPont Columbia School of Journalism Award as well as awards from most major international film festivals.

MODERATOR:
JOE ADALIAN – Deputy Editor/Columnist, Television Week Magazine and TVWeek.com. ADALIAN spent 10 years covering television at Variety, nine of them as TV Editor. Before that, he did a five-year turn at The New York Post. He also has written for Playboy, TV Guide and The Boston Herald.

PANELISTS:
JOHN FERRITER – The William Morris Agency, Senior Vice President and Worldwide Head of Non-Scripted Television FERRITER joined the agency in 1991; and after working with then Vice President of Television, Dick Howard, was promoted to agent in cable syndication and network reality in 1993.

VICKI DUMMER – Senior Vice President, Alternative Series, Specials and Late-Night, ABC Entertainment. DUMMER focuses on current and specials for ABC’s alternative series, along with development and latenight, as well as the management of the Alternative Series staff and spearheading the creative efforts for upcoming projects.


BOB BODEN – Senior Vice President Programming, Production and Development, Fox Reality Channel
BODEN, since launching Fox Reality Channel in May 2005, has spearheaded the network's development & programming of original series including “Solitary,” “American Idol Extra,” “Long Way Down,” “Rob and Amber: Against the Odds,” “The Academy,” “Reality Binge” and “Fox Reality Channel Really Awards.”

ARNOLD SHAPIRO – Executive Producer, Arnold Shapiro Productions. SHAPIRO is an Oscar and 16- time Emmy Award winning producer who sold his first show when he was 22. He has produced for every broadcast network, and more than a dozen cable channels and is Executive Producer in the upcoming ABC Documentary-Reality series, “Border Security USA.”

EUGENE YOUNG – Chief Creative Officer of Fremantle Media North America YOUNG oversees all program and brand development for the U.S. production division for the global media giant. He oversees such reality series as "American Idol," "America's Got Talent," and helped in the creation of "Extreme Makeover, Home Edition," and "Fear Factor."

GARY R. BENZ – President & CEO of GRB Entertainment BENZ, is an entrepreneur who helped set the standard for action reality programming on network television and established GRB Entertainment as a world-class television producer and international distributor, creating and producing more than 2500 hours of broadcast, cable & syndicated programming, including live events, specials and numerous awardwinning series.
