Completed projects include the motion picture THE LONG WALK HOME with Sissy Spacek and Whoopi Goldberg,
the multi-Emmy Award winning CBS movie special DO YOU REMEMBER LOVE with Joanne Woodward and Richard Kiley, and
most recently for Showtime, JUST A DREAM directed by Danny Glover.
Dave Bell pioneered the reality genre with the first UNSOLVED MYSTERIES specials. As reality programming grew, he produced
the series of specials THE WORLD’S MOST DANGEROUS ANIMALS for CBS, the syndicated series MISSING-REWARD
hosted by Stacy Keach and the series ALIVE & WELL that aired on USA for seven seasons. In addition he’s produced over 100
other network, syndicated and cable specials.
Still airing in many markets is the syndicated series LAPD: LIFE ON THE BEAT produced in association with MGM. Recent
documentaries for HBO include SKINHEADS: SOLDIERS OF THE RACE WAR and the Sundance Film Festival premiere film
ASYLUM.
